Mikki was one of my favorite students who, by the way, was one of the few students I told I was retiring the week of her high school graduation. You know she’s special because i didn’t even tell the principal until the day after graduation (students always came first in my book).
Anna you are a talented, imaginative, caring, charismatic and artistic person with a very bizarre sense of humor. It is beautiful to see how you continue to fulfill your vision from your early days as a lonely 9th grader with uncommon thoughts. You are one of only two students I ever had with their “own language” and in your case in more ways than one. I am humbled to have been fortunate enough to be a part of your journey. Thank your mom for talking me into allowing you into my class…at least you weren’t bored!?!?!
